Tallulah is a hybrid Saiyan/Angel. She's the product of a forbidden affair between Whis and a Saiyan woman named Nyx. She was abandoned to the Kai world shortly after her birth and raised with the unfortunate knowledge that her father only saw her as am inconvenience and her mother didn't want her either.
How does Tallulah keep it together? It's one of the universe's greatest mysteries.
