Originally completed in November 2021 This was a final assignment for an art class I had bought through class101 before quarantine from an artist named Pesa. The kind of nice thing about it was part of the platform was that the artist provides feedback and it was super helpful. I've had mixed experiences with the platform since some artists really don't give feedback, just walk you through their process, but even that can still be helpful. I stopped using the site after the summer cause each individual class you really only have for 90 days and during the school year I just simply do not have time. Tbh, this is gonna be silly to admit, but my guilty habit is buying those kinda expensive art classes to learn from them specifically even tho there's plenty of free resources out there. I still feel my art has improved because of it, annd will continue to do it LOL. We all have our guilty habits ok. This was also a redraw of an earlier piece too. I remember that being the first piece where I thought, "huh this drawing thing is kind of relaxing". However, as you can see x'D The body is not great. Nor is the coloring or anythhhing. So in the new piece I decided to redo the coloring a bit and redo the concept. I wanted to keep star trails, but honestly, every attempt at them was annoying as shit so I simply ditched the idea. Maybe I've just grown lazier in the past 4 years. Hahaha x'D.
