earlier this year i (finally) made a reference sheet for one of my secondary sonas, jamboree!
had a lot of fun designing outfits for them, haha.
also, i got the design from this character from a dream i had - in the dream they were able to use green electricity, and while i didn't include it in the reference sheet because i was going back on forth on whether that'd be canon or not, i've decided it is! use that information how you will. also, in the dream, they were wearing the neck tie from the first outfit. :3
