My own simple internals model. yes, it not realistic one, but it definitely LOOK great and comphy!
Slime strings aren`t added, same with food etc - you can add it by yourself!
fully procedural animation - you just need append mesh yo your scene!
acids - are cube with modifier "ocean". You need just move\ rotate it if you want animate filling stomach with acids.
100% gurgly! =D
