Eveline is by far one of the most overlooked characters in the entire Resident Evil franchise. This drawing is one of my first pieces of digital art. It depicts one of the ways Eveline might have coped with her loneliness. Celebrating with "friends" that are actually just passive bystanders. She is desperately trying to give these mindless moldcreatures personality, by making them wear party hats or cat ears.


Is it really her fault that she was made the way she is? Is it really fair that Mia (researcher of the connections, who is partially responsible for Evelines abuse and was working an illegal bioweapon project that would have been used specificly against civillians.) gets forgiven but Eveline a neurodivergent child gets mercilessly killed without a seconed thought?

And now Mia is supposed to be the good guy? And not only that but even the Umbrella Corporation gets redeemed as well. How messed up is that? The narrative can forgive a bio terrorist organization but not a neurodivergent child that has no sense of right and wrong?
