Happy Winter Solstice to all. For those in the northern hemisphere it is finally officially the darkest night of the year. Hang on to those embers; longer and better days are coming.
This was originally drawn on last year's solstice while my maternal grandmother took her last breaths. It's still a very...multifaceted piece of art for me.
