April's piece was dedicated to Metroid Prime, a game that I have loved for a very long time! The Remaster on the Switch is just gorgeous!
Robocat and Samus are companions in roundness. If they work together, they can surely grab the missile hidden in this half-pipe.
Originally I planned on making this a simple piece, but the environment quickly got out of hand...! June's piece was dedicated to Splatoon 3!
Since I don't really indulge in the competitive side of things, I went with a setting from the game's single player story mode.
Whenever you grab a can of Power Eggs in Alterna, Callie often says, "You can never have too many!" However, our Little Buddy has CLEARLY over-indulged, much to our Octoling's chagrin. You're wrong, Callie!
Splatoon's art has a very bright, lineless style that I really like. While I didn't do away with my lines entirely, having them colored certainly lends a different feel to the piece!June's piece was dedicated to Splatoon 3! May's piece was dedicated to Pokemon Scarlet!
Naturally, I wanted to depict the team I built up over the story. But you also get to know Koraidon fairly well over the course of the game, and since you ride it everywhere, I didn't want to leave it out. Speaking of the story, the narratives for your classmates are all really well done in this game, so I wanted to include them too!
Long story short, the piece rapidly spiraled out of control. One day I'll learn my lesson about big group shots and Pokemon games, but that is not this day...
