Just a quick reference doodle for Mal. Ended up de-merle-ing him because that's way too much trouble and didn't accurately match the original design I was given when I adopted him years ago, heh. So, tweaked a few things and now he's just blotchy but DOES match the parts of the design that I liked. So, yay I guess.
Really wishing I'd paid attention to how long this had taken to draw though.. Would have helped for figuring out commission pricing, heh. Been working on this big commission for Ado in what free time there has been around all the recent events I've gone to, and it's finally done! I love doing big scenic paintings when I get the chance, especially because you can put a lot of worldbuilding and storytelling into a single image. The bad part about them is they take a heck of a long time, but the result..!
