  • My submission to Relogic's Terraria's The Labor of Hallow's Eve event 2022 (https://forums.terraria.org/index.php?threads/the-labor-of-hallows-eve.114536/)

This Hallowed/Crystal Mimic was made with a wood treasure box as a base, adding a torque friction hinge so the lid stays in position, and sculpted details with Magic Sculpt/Apoxie two-part resin clay. After sanding and smoothing, it was painted with acrylic paint and varnished, the resin 'gem' accents were added after as a final touch.

The tongue is removable utilizing strong neodymium magnets in order to hold up the Trick-or-treat container and to allow the mimic to be closed to it's passive or defensive state

The Jack-O-Lantern featured in-game was recreated using just two-part clay and painted, but this time utilizing UV reactive paint to make the eyes 'glow'. It was hallowed out and used as a treat container for the mimic, with real sisal rope for the handle.

Inside the mimic's mouth is a cute 'easter egg' in the form of a Goodie Bag, an in-game loot bag containing various items, dropped from killed enemies only during the game's Halloween event. The orange string around the bag is real and not sculpted.

Spoiler Alert: I didn't win, wasn't runner-up, nor was I even showcased. My fault for thinking outside the box and being different, as I should have done the Pumpking, Splinterling, or Eye of Cthulhu like everyone else, but nevertheless I am proud for doing my own thing.

  • Made this epoxy resin link bracelet for a friend in her requested colors with her initials and her choice of shaker bit images. I made entirely of epoxy resin with glitter, going in sections, pouring a clear layer, then the shaker bits, then more resin, then glitter, more resin, then a colored layer to finish and completed with stainless steel findings.

  • "Trick or treat!?"

This is the True Eye of Cthulhu wearing the Bunny Ears vanity item, holding a lit Jack 'O Lantern treat container with a Goodie Bag inside, a grab bag dropped by enemies during the Halloween seasonal event.

Made as my submission to Relogic's Terraria's Halloween Contest
    forums.terraria.org/index.php?…

This True Eye of Cthulhu was made with a 8" polystyrene sphere as a base, hollowing out the 'retina and painting the interior with Musou Black paint, one of the most blackest of black paints, an 'iris made with a paper thin layer of epoxy resin attached to an epoxy resin dome, with the fleshy bits sculpted with Magic Sculpt/Apoxie two-part resin clay. After sanding and smoothing, it was painted with acrylic paint and varnished. The varnish coating on top of the teal bits and the iris do have glow pigment mixed in, but unfortunately it wasn't showing up in images too well.

The Jack-O-Lantern featured in-game was recreated using just two-part clay and painted, utilizing UV reactive paint to make the eyes 'glow'. It was hallowed out and used as a treat container for the mimic, with real sisal rope for the handle.

The Jack O' Lantern and the Goodie Bag were the same used in the submission with the mimic. Makes you wonder... There is a story behind the image: If the True eye of Cthulhu has the jack-o-lantern treat container with the Goodie bag...What happened to the mimic? Dun Dun Dunnnnn!

  • This is a resin tray I made using salvaged sheets from a damaged copy of "Jim Henson's Labyrinth Artist Tribute" and repurposed /upcycled as a background for this tray using multiple layers and much patience. Even though it came out with minor flaws, I am still very much proud of how it came out.

  • This was a request for a friend for her birthday. I added Beautifly post paint as a little surprise for when she received it.

Done in acrylic paint on a 18x24 flat canvas board.

  • A redone painting of one I've done earlier. This time I've added multiple art styles from throughout the series. The iconic image from Metroid II Return of Samus, the color scenes from Super Metroid, and the icons from Metroid Prime. My favorite technique used to create the subtle blending is Sfumato.

Painted with acrylic paints on a 16x20 stretched canvas.
