For two years I've been working on a small comic with my characters, so here's the first page !
This one is old ( 2021 ) and doesn't reflect my actual skill. But rather than redo it entirely, I prefer to just post it, so you can see skill actually develop.

"My training is going pretty well.
I've learned how to swordfight, mend armour, hunt prey and so much more. Only things I could'nt have done in my old life really. I've been asked to find some food for the camp tonight so i delved into Carnheim Woods, from the western outskirts of the forest, I've been doing this every day for 2 months now, and its not become tiring at all. If anything, the more time I spend here, the prettier it gets.
Each time I come I hear new birds singing, some rodents running in the branches, and I cannot get enough of the sun's shine through the canopy, I love it ! I've even made friends with two little red scamps, as some call them, they're like little cat-squirrel thingies and are very cute! They follow me everywhere i go in the woods and even lead me to cool places to hunt.
It's a real change of scenery and pace from before I arrived here, I've always been fond of seeing new things, learning about the world and all, but now that there is an entire **new** world to learn about, It's like discovering a new RPG or reading a new book, except that this is real life it seems and I get only one life... Trisha Thanerfind left Os'Nieh for Aesken when she married Gort Feigenwell at 21 years old. They were both from wealthy merchant families and inheritted the skills and the money to open trade in the Eskenic capital. Their commercial empire seed himself in the city and soon their name became well known and respected throughout the burg.
Thanks to his fascination and knowledge for ore and minerals, Gort made it his speciallity : opening mines and quaries in the Farangian mountains, buying deposits from his weaker competitors and squashing opposition with sheer worth, and a few hired arms.
This bourgeois familly implanted itself into the higher spheres of the capital, and even gained some toehold into the imperial council, by creating a merchant guild.
Alas, a few years after their son was born, Gort died from disease and left his now widow Trisha to manage their little empire alone. She was not disheartened however, and even while raising her child, she was still able to dominate the Ore markets all throughout Parcimia.
This is the first in a series of paintings/drawings, in which i portray my characters in their younger years.
