Back in the summer of 2019, I was lucky enough to take some hiking trips into Glacier National Park-- one of the most beautiful places I've ever been, and so lucky to have it so close to home. This piece ended up taking a long time. Though I was just recreating a photograph, I wanted it to feel like a painting, not just a photo study. An older piece I made while I was still in a huge Borderlands phase. Tales from the Borderlands is still one of my favorite games ((mostly due to the incredible story and lovable characters)).
