Wolf has been chased through hundreds of different dimensions by Xialo.
Xialo has an extremely unhealthy obsession with Wolf and is mentally abusive to him to make Wolf bend to his will.
In the past, before Wolf escaped and found freedom as an exo in the Destiny Universe, the moment Wolf resists or Xialo's control is tested, he would kill Wolf and just reincarnate him to mold him to his will.
