...It's a Westwood.
When I was in college, some friends introduced me to BBC's Sherlock. I love villains, so I immediately gravitated toward Andrew Scott's portrayal of James Moriarty.
At some point, I stumbled across a fan video where someone took clips from the show and pitched the audio up so all the characters had chipmunk voices. And Moriarty sounded EXACTLY like kitty Yzma from The Emperor's New Groove!
