  • From 2020. Watercolor and India ink.

    My first Skyrim character was an Orc sneaky-archer. My second was an Altmer pure mage. My third was Radari, a Khajiit two-handed weapons guy. After playing characters who I needed to be more strategic with, it was a lot of fun to just be able to throw myself into the fray and smash the shoulder buttons to attack.

    A quick doodle of an owl that I liked enough to finish.

  • From 2017. Agrat was the first character I played as in D&D (3rd ed at the time), a half-orc fighter specializing in heavy weapons. He's since evolved into a character in an original setting, with his own storyline and background. He's a trans man and super gay.

    Ink.

  • From 2019, I think? Paint markers and one of those wood floor samples.

    Tried to channel my inner children's book illustrator with this one.

  • From 2019. India ink and watercolor.

    My husband and I collaborated on an entry for a contest that Cantrip Candles held, which was to create a warlock subclass based on the guiding light patron. He wrote the subclass features and such, and I did the art for it. We ended up winning, which was a pretty sweet feeling!

  • From 2019. Watercolor and India ink.

    At the time I was really getting into using watercolors. I'd still like to get better at 'em.

  • Hello from another twitter refugee! Truthfully, I didn't use twitter much for art, but ever since I left deviantArt for greener pastures, it's been hard to find a site that allows for art uploads that appeals to a broad audience and isn't developed with professional artists in mind. I'm a humble hobbyist who just draws whatever makes me happy, lol. I scrutinize my writing and graphic design far more than the stuff I draw for fun.

    Anyway, I'm Marc (he/him). I'm a gay trans man, so a lot of my work is done with that perspective in mind, though I also love drawing stuff that's just ~aesthetically pleasing~ and something I'd like to look at. I draw fantasy, monsters, furries, erotic stuff, etc. with both digital and traditional mediums. I also periodically do experimental collages with digital art programs, which I often pair with poems I've written.

    I'm looking forward to interacting with and meeting folks here!

  • A digital collage to go with a poem I wrote, titled the same:

    ``````
    Berlin Bird
    and you, young and foolish one
    keen to prove you're no longer a fledgling
    chasing the whims of your kin and kind
    take wing and lunge towards that thing,
    in the shade and stink of fruiting gingko trees, that sparkle
    caught in the trap of your eye.
    a sparkle of something new and curious
    you leapt before looking. your wings, unprepared by eons
    unable to support your bones in the water's embrace.
    and so the water claimed you, poor, lovely thing
    the shimmer of your wings, glittering silver panic.
    with your death the lagoon whispered a promise,
    asking only for your patience in return.
    and you, with quiet pride, waited
    still as stone in your grave
    only when the water drained did she make good on her promise
    and you spread your wings--
    flew into eternal life.
    ``````

  • Another digital collage made for a poem I wrote using [this online refrigerator magnet tool/toy](https://sadgrl.online/magnet-poetry/). I took inspiration from kink, trans embodiment, and revolution. Here's the poem again for easier reading:

    ``````
    obediently I will cling to your shining boots
    my body a barren plot
    soaking wet when you stand atop me
    when you dig your fingers deep
    I am a garden for your seed
    that will bear no fruit
    yet our forest towers above
    its canopy spreads
    touching the sun and
    setting the country ablaze
    ``````
