i wanted to make a modern ref of sorts for my boy bourge!! he's a half-orc bard that comes from a loving family which was just him an his parents, his mom is an ex-adventurer and she's super short but she'll still kick your ass (her name is kaine), and his dad is an orc who left home because he didn't like it there and became a simple wanderer and is a very good cook (his name is orzud) and they had bourge who is just a little guy ;3
he's very hot and loves people and is very sexy and really just a himbo <3 those clothes are just real simple and he had like a cloak or something in his old designs but I didn't want to deal with any of that

She's drow, teaches on a different continent, she's a professor of music studies, and a bard with the sage professor background <3. She has a younger brother she affectionately bullies gently and he lives with mom and dad still and mom is. very sick. And despite that, her mom doesn't want her to worry about her and wants her to pursue her career and things and just yknow visit home when she can. merin and bro get the hair thing from dad.
She's a very open-minded person, she LOVES the music and history of music of other cultures, loves to learn about their instruments and how they came about, what significance music holds to other cultures. She has a flute (similar to an ocarina, I've been thinking about designing some custom instruments) that belonged to her mom and she cherishes it. She also directs a couple ensembles. She has three main instruments she specializes in, one is a string I'm considering designing another is voice, and I'm debating if I'm gonna make the flute one. she's also very tempted by sweets.

behold, a sorcerer. or, my bg3 tav. he/they, name's enoch. they spent the last at least 26 years (they're in their 30's) in the care of a couple of archmages who so graciously "adopted" them aka they were kidnapped because they had worrying powerful abilities and access to magic in a very odd way. all enoch knows is that they were supposedly abandoned because of their powers. once they hit 19 they realized this was not out of mercy and that his keepers had nefarious intent wanting to study and wield enoch's power so for the next many years they plotted various escape plans until they, well. escaped.

their two weeks of freedom was great! an impulsive tattoo, and plenty of social blunders because they didn't have any friends growing up except for books, compartmentalization, dissociation, and derealization. because frankly being expected to remain obedient under awful arcane testing and experiments, you gotta come up with something. and, while yes they Did go outside and go places, it was under strict supervision.

anyway they're a wild magic sorcerer that's I've flavored as raw magic and because I think it sucks that 5e kept some of the backstory stuff about magic but then dropped other cool **** about it is lame I'm using a lot of 3 and 3.5e inspo. it's a fantasy game I will do what I please. they have hella high constitution and intelligence but good god everything else could stand to be better. their magic is literally consuming them and taking over their body and they're a little (see: extremely) worried about it.
