I use Kyran to convince myself to draw again and experiment. His simple design makes it easy to try new things and see if I still like the old.
Decided to give Spirites white pupils (same with the Deities, when i get there) in addition to their gray-blue tined outlines. And, as he's the OC with the most accessories, try doing them in a different outline color as well. Main mascot/persona, Branwen O'Wynter or, well, GreyRaeven. Meant to finish this back in February but hit a block. Originally meant to be for a banner / icon but not sure if I still want that.
Predictably, not plot-important for TOMAMverse but does work as the "Spirite of Sagas." Shading/expression experiment for Actually Terrible Elf, Jubilee Tippi. A Stormbringer mage who's always a bit too eager to shed someone else's blood, especially if they have a bounty for her and her team to collect.
First piece I got to finish this year (though originally started of July of last year) and hoping to do more in this style, life willing.
