I redrew the character in my Full Color Commissions Wing Fee sample. Her name is Blue Hope, and while usually nice and peaceful, when it's time to fight she becomes very fierce and ready for blood shed. Blue Hope was a character from a really old series I wanted to make called "Death Pact" where these soldiers would be able to make a pact with these mysterious creatures, but they would have to honor the terms of agreement, or they would die. She was supposed to the pact beast of the main protagonist. My idea was to make a creature that looked like a dragon, but was NOT a dragon.... but I never came up with a name for these kinds of things, so let's just call her a dragon I guess haha

The character featured is Trixie, an antagonist from a since shleved comic series I was attempting to work on years ago...
I used to think the firey background and debris looked impressive... Or maybe I didnt? Either way, looking at it now...
...I should really try to redraw this. Make it better.
