I just love Flutter Mane. They are such a simple but adorable paradox form of Misdreavus. Also ghost/fariy types are top tier in my heart.

I used the 'smug cat with a knife pointed at it' meme for this, cause I just think it was funny and cute. Probs also cause I remember hearing that Flutter Mane was banned from competetive pokemon battles (or something similiar).I just love Flutter Mane. I have no real excuse beyond thinking 'It'd be funny to put Brassius in a Poison Ivy outfit cause haha vines and plants' and then I spent over a week on something I was wanting to stay as a messy sketch. I mean it still is messy but it was one of the more put together ones compared to some other Halloween doodles I did. I also decided to give the outfit a bit of his og design mixed in. I originally started drawing Maxie but my hand slipped so you got himbo now.
