A little piece I did to break in some new brushes I bought for myself recently. It's kinda funny bc I bought the brushes with the intention of using them on a different piece I had already started on... but they ended up being really fun to mess with so I did this in the mean time.

Ugh my love for this man is undying... literally.

Ahaha... haha... ow. This one really hurt but I have not been doing super hot these past few weeks and it's been a fair bit of time since I sat down and did some angsty art just for me. I promise I won't just draw the sad things but I'm definitely feeling that confidence again and will probably start drawing more things when I'm in my feels.

It's pretty liberating to do things like this and actually express myself and my feelings through my more personal characters. I haven't been able to do that since I was a kid...

But anyways! This is Mill and her first lover, Thrandel. Mill and Thrandel had a serious romance that lasted for a few years before it kinda went up in flames. The longer things went on, the more serious Thrandel became about marrying Mill, and possibly starting a family with her, but the closer they got to being able to come home to Azeroth, the more uncomfortable Mill became with that idea- not because she didn't love Thrandel enough, but because she was worried that once he was back home he'd lose interest in her or want to be with another mortal. Thrandel assumed that Mill didn't love him and began to grow distant. They rarely fought but the breakup was... rough.

Thrandel had to burn down something precious to him and Mill felt like she was the one who set it aflame.

She would have gone to apologize to him if not for the fact that by the time she realized what had happened, Thrandel has been killed in the burning of Teldrassil. The last thing she remembers of him was the pain in his voice.

Some Mill n Taz art bc... I'm kinda tired of doing what I feel is expected of me. I just want to do the things that I want to do, that bring me the most comfort and joy- even if I'm dogshit at it or if nobody else wants to see it. Am I happy? Yeah, actually. I am.

Something rough... because I can't be bothered to draw anything clean right now.

Been needing to draw something of my Zandalari characters, so I'll draw Crastakum next... provided I still have any will after this lol.

Taz was, initially, really bad at using fire. Mill had to teach him.

Some happier Mill and Thrandel art! I felt like the last one I did was a little... sad lmao. I just wanted to draw them being cute- and I think I nailed it this time! You can tell how much they love each other which is what I was going for :]

A little... kinda? venty piece since I've not been in a super great mood lately. Things are happening all at once, and at a pretty difficult time for me so I'm just a bit grumpy and feel a lot like Mill looks in this lmao.

Pretty sure she'd just throwing a tantrum because she wants to go fishing but got told she'd have to go on a boat and she doesn't want to... that, or she got caught trying to eat someone again.

Aka, the spicy brat. This took a long time to do but I think the time and effort was worth it for the result! I enjoyed working on this, it was a great way to decompress... I'd rather murder my hands than grind mythic 15's. x'D lso just wanted to draw Mill's elemental form again so...

Aaaa. Something I just finished and am super excited about! It's my WoW character in her elemental form, sporting a major update to her design! This was something I was kinda scared to do because it's not my normal subject matter, and because this had to be perfect. I'm glad that I did it, though. I really like how she looks. :]

Couple of things to note here:

- There's no back view. I don't think it'd be appropriate for such an imposing character to face away from a viewer, so I didn't add one.
- No weapon. I don't feel like drawing Sulfuras when there's a billion clear refs of the weapon online.
- Her design intentionally looks identical to Ragnaros, since she's a part of him, rather than just his offspring?
- If you don't like self-inserts or "god" characters, scoot. :]
