I wanted to draw Two Face in this suit because I thought he'd look good in it :"D I love him so much, he's one of my favorite DC characters along with Plastic Man :D!!!

This is my JJBA stand user oc, Yarik Svyatoslav :D! He's a russian mercenary/assassin who likes fighting, is a slight masochist, has a liking to the taste of blood, and has a deep obsession with knives. I made this earlier this year back in July when I got back into SCP and reread SCP-3999 :D! James Talloran is one of my favorite characters in the SCP Foundation and has been for years but this is the only fanart I've drawn of him sadly ;-; My favorite aspect of 3999 was how it was just... endless looping so I wanted to draw that somehow :"D I think I got what I wanted on paper! Or as close to it as I could at the time at least XD The different colored ties were just something I just kind of put there outta nowhere because I wanted there to be an indication that its Talloran at different points (Red = Future, Blue = Present, Green = Past) I don't know if it was a good decision but I think it looks good this way :D! The original description from my tumblr: "One of my favorite characters in the SCP Universe! I just had the idea for this pop into my head when I finally read all of '[...Like Clockwork](https://scp-wiki.wikidot.com/like-clockwork-hub)'. It isn’t direct fanart for that series of tales but I did get the inspiration to draw this from it. I’m not sure if my presentation makes a lot of sense but 3999 doesn’t make a lot of sense in its methods anyways >:)c"
