I've been stuck on this boy's design for SO LONG. I had so many ideas in my head for him, so I'm glad I finally managed to lock in and get his overall design done. Granted, I still wanna draw up some other dresses for him, and should probably make a reference for the back of his wings and dress he's wearing. Plus, he carries around an umbrella, so that too. I'll get to that later, tho. (second image is just him without his wings so u can see his whole tail. not really much else underneath)
