In an ideal world where there was never rivalry, nor fight, nor death. Mufasa would be alive and Simba would be the new king, learning from his father's footsteps. Upon Simba becoming king, Scar would have left the pride without fight. He would have made his own pride outside of the Pridelands, and would have had children and adopted too.
