Mentis had fallen asleep and woken up with a killer headache looking at his surroundings he was still under the tree at the park, day barely breaking through the clouds he groaned head pounding from his drinking he slowly got himself up joints popping he looked around again and stood up hand resting against the hard bark,'ugh.. ****, i could use some painkillers and some more cigarettes' he thought bitterly as he stood there for what seemed like a few minutes before gathering himself and slowly stalking off.
After he got both painkillers and medicine the store clerk didn't even bother sparing him any glance as he paid of his items and left, popping two pills and drinking some random carbonated drink he'd gotten not caring about the oddly fruity taste combined with the chalk textured pills.
He recapped the drink and shoved it in his jacket pocket, grabbing his recently acquired cigarettes and taking one out the packet shoving the rest into his pocket as he lit the cigarette in his mouth and continued walking afterwards stopping far away enough to take a long drag and breathing out a ring of smoke.
He ignored any passerby's he walked passed opting to give them a hard glare to shut them up as he walked thankfully no one seemed to care as his intimating aura seemed to scare most of them off as he walked.
Different thoughts ran through his head, he couldn't help but think what Derki had said to him or maybe what he actually wanted to say, he walked until he reached his home again opening the door with his key and walking in locking it behind him with a click, he blew out another ring inside not caring as he wandered towards the living room area and sitting down in his favourite leather chair flicking on the tv he watched the news nothing remotely interesting.
He was about to turn it off when a rerun of a recent news report flashed on screen.
