There was a summer themed X and Zero prompt in 2020, and I threw myself into it head first, trying all kinds of new things. The result is my most liked post ever. Every time someone finds it, it gets a new batch of likes.

Once again, I incorporated fashion into my piece. I searched around for a few coordinates that spoke to me, and the person with the outfit I eventually gave X really had the look I had in mind. He even resembled how I draw X! It was meant to be!

I don't remember how long I spent on this piece, but it took me days and days to finish. The shading alone took me a whole day. I did end up using a few assets to save me some time, but I poured everything I had into X and Zero. I think I was possessed or something. Anyway, once it went up it gained steam right away and before I knew it the thing had like a thousand likes. I was shook.

I do still really like this one a whole lot. <3
