First panel: Both of them are on the street taking a stroll, as Peseta puts his hand on his inner jacket's pocket and says: 'Yeah, I call the $1 bill 'the diet dollar' because it's such a tiny amount of money to me'. Peseta looks smug and Rukhsar looks right at him with a smile on her face. Second panel: Peseta takes out his flip-phone from his pocket and a dime falls out.
