Hey everyone! I have moved over from Deviantart to here since their stupid decision. I hope this can be a site for me to settle into!
A little bit about me, I specialize in the following:
- Wings of Fire
- My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic
- MLP Next Gens
I occassionally do stuff for the following, though few and far between:
- The Lion King
- Pokemon
It will take me a while to get off the ground, but I hope this is the fresh start I need!Hey everyone! I have moved over from Deviantart to here since their stupid decision. A re-design I did of Twilight Sparkle in October!
This is how I headcanon her looking as her time being an Alicorn gradually changes her, both in power and physical appearence. I wanted to use some influence either from the Rainbow Power or the extra highlight from the battle against the sirens. I ended up going with both! The blue worked better than the yellow, plus it stands out a bit more while still fitting in with her family’s general color scheme.
I did have a whole list of headcanons about her life growing up, but since InkBlot seems to be a place for shorter descriptions to what I’m used to, I figure it would be better to do extra drawings down the line with each part of her life!A re-design I did of Twilight Sparkle in October! When Firelight was a little younger, he loved exploring around the local area of his home village, Sire’s Hollow. One day, he stumbled upon one of the hidden portals to the EQG human world. Loving the thrill of finding such a huge discovery, he kept it his little secret place to runaway to. One day, he met Aria. He found her interesting, and she... well, was bored. They started dating, and one thing led to another, with Aria getting pregnant. Firelight stayed in contact as best as anyone hopping between two worlds could, but one day, he couldn’t find the Dazzlings. Turned out, they moved home to get him off their trail. By the time he found them a couple months later, their baby had been born. Unaware of Firelight’s snooping, the Dazzlings didn’t hide what they were talking about. Upon hearing about who they truly were, he knew it wasn’t good news. Fearing his daughter’s safety, he kidnapped her, taking her back to Equestria through the portal he was thankful he never told anyone about.
He raised Starlight believing her mother left when she was a newborn. Starlight bought it, but still found it odd how no one in Sire’s Hollow actually knew who her mother was. But secrets come bubbling to the surface eventually...
My headcanon is that ALL Sirens are born female. The way they give birth to more Pure Sirens is by enchanting a Pony (male or female), and using their magic, make them the other parent without them knowing. However, they MUST be in their normal Siren form for this to work. If they are in their default Earth Pony disguise, or in this case, in a world where they can’t access their normal Siren form (EQG), they will fail to produce a Pure Siren.
They will instead produce a “False Siren”. The characteristics of one are as follows:
- Always their pony parent’s tribe without fail
- Can't access to Siren magic
- Their abilities/magic are boosted in power
- Can't pass on their power to their foals, stopping the “Siren bloodline”

Hey all! Sorry for the complete inactivity of this account, and I feel I better explain why I seem to have not bothered with this InkBlot account (and also Tumblr)
Aside from them both being new websites to learn, since leaving DA, I felt as though a huge portion of the art I LOVED to make was torn away! I couldn't support the direction DA was going, but at the same time, I would lose SO much in leaving.
This could sound slightly concerning as a statement, but the effects of leaving DA is still hitting me hard. Yes I found a new home base in YouTube, and my Wings Of Fire content is growing more and more!
HOWEVER, I still miss being able to make an MLP Next Gen universe, to explore headcanons of a show that started my digital artwork, to tell stories with my own characters and some familier ones! I so badly miss it all...
And yes, I could just post whatever I can here (and/or on Tumblr), and I'd be able to experience that again, the only problem is I have to build myself from the ground up once again...
And that's where I'm getting a mental roadblock. How do I get back 5 years of what I built? Would these websites even let me get back to that point? I don't know. It's this uncertainty that makes it so difficult to find the willpower to start again. I DO want to try, but I still have doubts...
I'm giving myself until the end of the year, to see what I could potentially build up. If it seems promising, then the glimmer of hope I couldn't see for these past few months has finally shown itself. If not, then I don't think I'll have much of a future with MLP content anymore...
