I mentioned I have been listening to Fallout Lore vids right? Yea New Vegas has some good stuff. I just trying to draw some interesting thing. I also did something different with the coloring kind of, also was trying to make his insignia look like it was painted on, I know most likely it was sewn on, but it looks good painted. Also he is supposed to look like he is in a post apocalyptic dust storm kind of deal...its Nevada it's nothing but dust storms out there, irradiated or not.
