I am procrastinating on migrating my portfolio over here, so bear with me. I am very forgetful and easily distracted and I am having choice paralysis about what art I should post first. And I also need to figure out how things work here, whoops.

These are from the initial batch of paintings I did for my comic, The Magical Freelancer's Guild! Originally just to start getting the character designs down, test out some shapes, and have fun with lighting! I've improved since and the characters' designs in the comic itself are a bit different, but I still had fun :). There are three other paintings in this set, but I think I'll hold off on posting those for today. The Magical Freelancer's Guild is an urban-fantasy comic set in an early 20th century-inspired world where magic users have formed guilds and take on odd jobs to help their communities using their unique magical powers. Lana and Luca are members of the Salvatore Branch of the MFG, in the city of Hawkesborough. After a mysterious fire burns down the guild hall a few towns over, Montavious Birch arrives at the Salvatore Branch.
