Been wanting to do this pic for a long time. Before anyone else says it, it is directly inspired by that Bark Vs Knuckles panel from the comics.

Since creating Berg the Polar Bear I basically gave Lunas his own physical match if not superior that he can cut loose and go all out with his strength, and like any anime fan I always look at epic fight scenes for inspiration such as All Might Vs Nomu or Luffy Vs Rob Lucci. When I saw the panel in the 30th Anniversary Comic with Bark and Knuckles, I finally had a great reference image I could use to draw a scene like that. Months of Laziness later I finally got around to doing it!

Back in September, :iconAuntieMoira: started an art project on her Discord for artists to redraw as many of the cutscene images from the game Sonic Shuffle. I picked the one of Tails reparing his plane.

Had my redraw finished with the first month but wasn't allowed to share it until today. Hope I did it justice.

"Oudomon...Digivolve To...CYBEROUDOMON!"


My Digimon has reached his Ultimate level. I'm slowly getting through the evolution line.


Ever since seeing MetalGreymon's first appearance in the anime, I've always had a preference for the Ultimate levels being a Cyborg, which you can see in the design for CyberOudomon. Because of what I got planned for his eventual Mega form I changed him from a bi-ped to a quad-ped (kinda doing the oppoiste of Garurumon's line). I also applied different cyborg elements inspired by multiple examples I enjoyed (MetalGreymon arm, 40k Ork style metal jaw, back mounted gun inspired by Zoids, and the general Cyborg Wolf concept from Cyberwolves in Warhammer 40k).

Fortunately for Umbra, Amy and her guests are unaware he can simply teleport with his magic Omni Rings, so they won't expect him cheating.

Wasn't sure who else to have watching the show, Blaze? Rouge? So I went with Amy since she's the Birthday girl.

"Keebamon...Armor Digivolve To...QUERCUSMON The Tree Of Temperance!"


I like the concept of Armor Digivolution that Adventure 02 introduced. A type of evolution that uses a Power Up to achieve a form stronger than a Rookie but not quite as strong as Champion. Though I have seen different takes on that thought (just as strong as Champion, can be as strong as Ultimate, etc) I just prefer my idea of it.


For Keebamon, I was planning to eventually design him an Armor level form or two once I got his mainline evolutions finished. But when I found Quercusmon's design up for adoption by https://x.com/IdleCatGamer I couldn't resist. The original design did need some tweeks in colours to make him fit more as a form for Keebamon but I think it turned out great.


The Digimental (Digiegg) and Crest were designed by me. Went for a design that resembled his helmet like some of the official designs, though an alternate idea I toyed with was having branches coiled around into an oval shape.


As for the Crest of Temperance, I mulled over what was my best virtue and after looking through a list of options I felt this one suited me best (Temperance = Moderation, Balance, Self-Dicipline), it's a virtue I consider a good fit but also something I still fail to live up to at times. Also helps that while I did find a few Fanmade Crests representing "Balance" none were for "Temperance" so it scratches my Unique itch. As for the Crest's design I took inspiration from a Tarot card representation of the virtue and tried to "Digify" it up a little.


While I am pleased and happy how this turned out, I am not entirely sure if it's a Crest I would apply to Keebmon's Ultimate form as my plans go far in the opposite direction of a plant type Digimon. I'm talking Cyborgs and Machines.

During my teens, I became a big Digimon fan the first time I saw the anime series. Me and my friend liked the premise as much as we liked Pokemon. Though it wasn't until Tamers came around that we had the inspiration to try and design our own Digimon. Originally my own partner was my take on a Rookie Level for Tyranomon so a small red dinosaur with green spines I named Rexmon. His evolution went the predictable route of "Bigger Dino->Cyborg Dino->Warrior Dino". I wasn't very creative back then but I still think back to him fondly.

After that I simply adopted the idea of just picking an existing Digimon as a partner so I went with the Andromon line as my main choice especially in the games.

But recently I've been seeing a lot of creative Digimon designs by fans, most of them adoptables (and one of my online friends also made his own, so he was a big inspiration). It got me yearning for my own unique partner, but none of the available adopts were hitting a cord for me, so I decided to try and design one myself again. Initially I thought of giving Rexmon another go over but it didn't work out as so many others have done their own takes on an alternative Tyranomon line.

Eventually I got a wave of inspiration when I thought about my favourite animals, Wolves, but I wanted something different from the Gabumon line. After thinking some more I remembered my favourite dog breed, the Old English Sheepdog, and boom I had my design planned out.

I wanted to go for the classic Rookie body type of being short and stocky with three fingered paws, but with shaggy fur like the sheepdog. Coming up with the In-Training design was simple, and I think he turned out cute. And of course the Baby is the basic Blob Drop look.

The name Keebamon is based on the Welsh word for Puppy "Ci Bach" but spelled out to get the right sounds. Was also tempted to name Woofmon the Welsh word for "Woof" which is "Wif" but felt that would sound too silly. And Teamon just because I'm British and I like Tea XP.

The Digivice design is of the original V-Pet but slotted into a 3D-Printed holster I recently bought off Etsy.

I do have plans on what Keebamon's Digivolutions will be, including an Armor Level. But time will tell if I ever get around to drawing them myself.

Digimon Digital Monsters (C) of Bandai

After watching Across the Spiderverse I ofcourse had to draw something about it with my own Spider-Sona William Wan aka The Outstanding Spyder-Man. I liked to imagine that his role within the Spider-Society would be the same as Margo Kess (Spider-Byte), Tech Support and running the computers at their HQ, maybe the two cover different shifts? I can also imagine his AI buddy Spyder-Byte interacting with Miguel's AI Lyla, though haven't decided if they would get along or bicker like kids. But the most obvious thing I wanted to show is Spyder-Man introducing Spider-Byte to Spyder-Byte since they have similar names.

Funny story actually, when I watched the first Spiderverse movie and came up with the characters Spyder-Man and Spyder-Byte, I was behind in reading the Marvel comics and while I was aware of the Spiderverse story line I hadn't read it yet, and this also goes for the Secret Wars event that happens later that had an alternate Spidey named "Spyder-Man", so I swear I didn't steal the name when I came up with it. Same goes for Spyder-Byte and the concept of a Cyber World themed Spidey using hardlight holograms, I was unaware of the Spider-Geddon event that introduced Margo.

So I would appreciate it if people not accuse me of stealing the idea, it was just a funny coincidence that me and the Marvel writers had a similar idea for an Alternate Spider-Man concept.

Another Trend related art piece! This time is of the comic panel(s) from Sonic IDW issue #59 that everyone is either editing or redrawing for fun.

I decided to take a crack at it but with my own characters. Here we have Citrina, Ruby's old school bully, now bitter rival in the Treasure Hunting business trying to put the moves on Umbra. Mostly just to get under Ruby's skin which seems to work, despite Umbra being wise to Citrina's methods and history, Ruby is still pretty defensive and easily angered by the coniving Chipmunk.

FYI, "Friki" is a spanish word for "Geek" and it's nickname Citrina uses for Ruby since they were in school.

Rej has found his people!

This is a redraw of one of the pages in the Scrapnik Island mini series by IDW. For the longest time Rej has had an affinity with scrapyards and junk parts having originally been made out of random junk himself. While nowadays he looks more pristine thanks to upgrades and general maintenance, he'll always be a Junk-Bot at his core. So when I read the comic about an island where broken down and cobbled together Badniks lived in peace, of course I had to express how Rej would react for he would love the place. If he didn't have his friends within Team Eclipse he would move to the island for good to be with others like him.

A couple of weeks late to this trend as always but I wanted to try my hand at it. Murder of Sonic the Hedgehog was a great treat on April Fools and I had fun playing it.

Umbra either got himself an invite to Amy's party or is crashing it, dressed up as a stage magician ready to entertain the Birthday girl and the other guests with his slight of hand and his famous "Disapearing Act" (which is just him using his Omni Rings to teleport). His friends might not have been able to get invites but they're all with him in spirit thanks to his custom deck of trick cards.

Tried my best to match the art style of the game, not sure if I got the colour pallet right as it looks more muted than the standard colours I normally use.
