I am not responsible for notifying you of this terms of service OR responsible for any characters/designs not in my possession. **(see bottom of journal about this)**.
Please credit me with a WORKING LINK if you upload to toyhouse! My user on that site is apostasia!

I will not:
- Provide WIPs or unshaded files if you have not requested them at the time of order.
- Edit your commissions after I have marked them as "finished".
- Hold onto other files outside of the ones in my Design Portfolio
- Keep track of the owners of designs that are out of my possession. **I will not make a masterlist account under any circumstances.** (I have attempted to in the past and I cannot handle the pressure of keeping track.)

Payment:
All payments are upfront and non refundable once sent.
I only accept payment through Gumroad (USD).
I will only allow holds of a week as long as there is a downpayment of half beforehand. (only applies to things over 50USD)

Design Ownership:
You only have the rights to the designs you own.
When you buy my adopts, you buy the DESIGN, not the species.

You do not own the design / character until you pay. (This includes art payments.)
Do not copy, reference, trace or reproduce the designs I make, especially if you do not own them. This means NO "Children of X + Y" designs, NO breedables, NO copycats.

If you want to make an inspired design, THAT IS FINE. That doesn't mean make a copy of the design and recolour it OR make a similar design close enough that I can call "heavily inspired".

Regarding Commercial Usage:
If you plan to use the artwork for commercial purposes (for video games, art for books, merchandise, closed species— to generate revenue for you), please notify me when you are ordering. This will incur additional 10% + the original cost.

If you have not paid the cost beforehand to utilize the work commercially, you do NOT retain the rights or permission to use it. New owners of a non-commercialized design can purchase the rights at 10% of the original cost.
