María was the first one to fuse with the bloods of the old gods and become a witch. She covers herself with a dark veil appearing cold to the other witches, but she treats them as their doughters and sister.

The moon rose and the night fell. The party couldn't afford a room for everyone so they all shared the same. Three of them took the bed and slept unconfortable against eachother, while Merengue noticed the bed being too small for him, so he took some pillows and did a little "mattress" on the floor.

He noticed Zeek didn't have space in the little bed either, so Merengue offered his long time friend to sleep beside him. Zeek agreed and Merengue felt a little spark on his big heart.

The rays of sun started entering the small room and Merengue was the first one to open his eyes. He noticed his pink strong arms embrace Zeek's tall and slim body and couldn't help to find calm in this. He knew Zeek always had trouble sleeping, so seeing him sleep in his chest
