He's a retro-themed African wild dog who looks like a walking arcade/bowling alley carpet haha.
(Yes, he's supposed to be an obnoxiously-designed sparkledog on purpose.)
I haven't drawn him in quite a while, so I decided to draw him again!
I forgot just how long it takes to do art of him, haha.
But at least I have fun in the process!
