This was a fun one. Didn't come out Exactly as I wanted it to but I like the outcome all the same.

The plan was to use the 'ColorLab' system from Retro Supply Co. to mimic the four color printing process. Well... I didn't really plan it out that well and my lil' noodle boy here was a bit Too little. So I went with Plan B and used the system's flats - a whole palette of colors that their four color formulae would make - to replace what I was trying to visually make with dots of cyan, magenta, yellow and black. = P

I'll still going to finish this one off despite it very much not being October or Halloween anymore. I'm having too much fun drawing the random adventures of my Tech Elf and Goblin Gal.

Talk about coming in at the last minute, huh? o.o

I wanted to do something different for this year's tag. Something I haven't drawn yet. The one thing that came to mind was a lizard of some sort. After some less than great ideas, I decided to scrap that and use a Dinosaur instead.

And what dino did I figure would work best? A Raptor, of course! Who needs an extra critter like Krampus to strike fear and woe into the hearts of naughty kids when you have built-in karambits on your Feet. = P

Although I'm just squeaking in under the finish line, I had fun with this. Bonus: It's the last pic in my current sketchbook! I can dip into my stash and see what's good.

Some time management issues on this 2nd week but I'm still chuggin' along. = )

First "Week" of Drawlloween. This year, I'm going with a list called "Fantasy Art October".

Being me, I immediately thought "I'm gonna' set this in a Modern World" 'cause... yeah. Leave it to the guy who has a comic about modern-day Monsterfolk to do apply that same idea everywhere else. = )

2nd week done and dusted. There was a minor goof mid-week when I swapped Day 11 & Day 12 but Hey! I blame a lack of sleep due to having to be active during "Business Hours" after drawing all night. = P

I like how this came out but ('Cause of course there's a "But") if I did it over, I'd put something hard behind the page so my heavy hand would leave less of an impact.

But yeah! First time drawing this ol' Panda again in over a decade. = )
