After a tough battle protecting the city from monsters, Svan takes a breather while Hibiki gets started on repairing her damaged gear. --- Commission for [Svanhildr](https://www.furaffinity.net/gallery/svanhildr/), featuring their characters Svan, the giantess fox hero, Hibiki, the muscular renamon mechanic, and an as-of-yet unnamed rat, who is tucked snugly in the most comfortable of spots! Had a ton of fun with this one, and got to work on something I actually don't draw a lot of, hard surfaces! I designed the leg armor based off of some kamen-rider themed gear Svan provided for inspiration, and opted to give it some matching elements and theming to the firetruck-esque gauntlets and gear Svan uses in her adventures! Overall very happy with how this piece came out! Also included are some detail shots of areas that I felt might be of particular interest, as the original resolution for this was 6K by 4K, and some details were obviously going to be lost at smaller resolution! Vallory pulls ahead, but after an explosive first round, both tower over a mile tall! The view from the stadium must be quite nice! This one admittedly took longer than I anticipated to finish, largely because inking took forever. Finally figured out what was wrong with my access. Apparently when I changed passwords the update wasn't logged in my password manager so it was trying to log in with an old password. Unfortunately in the downtime the account settings and followers were removed when the migration took place. Time to go find people to follow!

When you're the primary mechanic for a macro sized heroine and are solely responsible for the repairs of her battle damaged gear, it helps to be able to lift a few tons without breaking a sweat! Fortunately, Hibiki is dedicated to her trade, and is just as reliable as the giantess that protects the city when it comes to doing her job, including keeping in the extreme physical shape her work demands. --- Commission for [Svanhildr](https://www.furaffinity.net/user/svanhildr/), featuring their immensely strong character Hibiki! Continuing to post from the backlog, this was actually the first time I'd drawn a renamon type character in any real capacity, and to my delight, Svan had also wanted her drawn big and buff! So I was pretty spoiled for my first renamon character! This was a very fun commission, as this was around the time (or perhaps shortly after) when I was really starting to build a strong confidence in my new art style, and I feel like this is one of the earlier pieces that really showcased the improvements it was bringing to my work. On top of that, I also had a lot of fun with the more "mundane" parts of the commission as well. I specifically remember how fun working the color balance and post processing was for this piece. And while this might be spoiling a surprise, I have another commission for Svan in the works that I'm equally excited for! So look forward to that! A big buff bunny for a... big buff year? I mean I guess there's worse things to wish for right? Hopefully the start of a yearly thing, where each Lunar New Year I draw a pinup of that year's zodiac animal as a big buff lady. Whether or not I branch out to other genders, I guess we'll see! First time getting commissioned to do a human face in MANY years, and while I don't draw human faces very often (it has been something I've been practicing more of, but still not nearly as often as I probably should!) I'm pretty happy with how this came out! And Izzy makes an off-screen guest appearance because she and Celeste are friends! Fitting then that she'd be next up to try out a flavor of Riptide! This is also the first commission to opt for a random flavor, and wouldn't you know it, the random generator landed on Muscles and Curves! Still, far be it from me to complain about getting to draw bigger muscles, though it is humorous that an already beefy character would randomly get that flavor. I'm excited to get to show off some of the other flavors I have, and there are still more sharks coming, so look forward to more growth goodness!
