There was a time where I drew things like this when I felt super emotional and held back by my emotions, but never did I draw a mask on the face silencing her.
Sometimes I feel like I'm not allowed to feel things, and thus not allowed to speak on them either. Thus, this was born.

This is actually a redraw of an old piece of work. Okay, not that old. A year at best. I need to learn dynamic shadows. Any tips or tricks on that would be so welcome because I apparently have a fear of shadows. I blame vampires. Not really, I don't blame vampires. I blame that thing that grabs me in the hallway when I'm going to the bathroom that asks for some water. Get your own. A tradionally done piece. Like a lot of people, I went from World of Warcraft to FF14. It was an easy break up, and an easy transition into this new relationship. I love my Warrior of Light, Shino.
But one thing I didn't like was her bare back she often shows off, so I designed her a tattoo.

In 2020 I lost my uncle who was more like a brother. Then, in 2021 I lost my dad. Not even a year apart from each other and honestly? It's been hard.
