A few months ago I wanted to paint my necromancy wizard Laz in a way similar to official DnD books, so here we are. That transparent fabric was a ton of fun to do, and I got to use the new Clip Studio Paint's glitter brush that had just come out at the time!A few months ago I wanted to paint my necromancy wizard Laz in a way similar to official DnD books, so here we are. A piece I just finished! It was made for a fan Critical Role project. This was the first time I fully mocked up a scene in Blender to help me with lighting, and I learnt so much about adding texture. I'm overall happy with how it turned out but also realized I should control my detail levels some more so the image is not full of things that are competing visually.A piece I just finished! I've enojoyed Critical Role Campaign 2 a lot and made a few pieces at the very end. Those helped me a lot to learn how to enjoy working on bigger pieces again, and how to better manage my workflow so I don't get overwhelmed and give up.I've enojoyed Critical Role Campaign 2 a lot and made a few pieces at the very end. Way back during Critical Role Campaing 2 there was a scene I felt compelled to paint. This was one of the first illustrations I painted in a really long time and helped me figure out what workflow works best for me and lets me actually complete things.Way back during Critical Role Campaing 2 there was a scene I felt compelled to paint. This was a DnD piece for a client and I had so much fun designing the outfits and rendering all the detail! The fur, armor and the chandelier are still my favorite parts of it!This was a DnD piece for a client and I had so much fun designing the outfits and rendering all the detail!
