Another Hy doodle from 2014

Whipping out more animations and that includes my old stuff from way back during the UT craze! This was done in Feb 2017, and one of my most complex anims to date. I remember taking a full 3 months on this (actively working for several hours almost each day)... I did the mistake of making this 30 fps.

I made this to learn how to use camera and FX, most of the special effects done here were my first time attempting it, messing around and hoping for the best. Learned a lot! Still proud of the result. I don't know what was the most nightmare-ish to animate between shirt bands, hair, skeleton hands, or a bunch of manualy-edited rotating sulls.

A class project where we designed a character, and then modelled, textured, rigged, and animated them!

I started off not sure which class of character I wanted to do, so I made a poll and sent it to my classmates. After deciding on the archer, I refined the concept and then made the turnaround.

I couldn't fit the run cycle into this post, but maybe I'll upload it in the future.

The 2D animation gif at the end is an extra assignment that I thought about going back and finishing, but never did lol.

I wanted something blue. I did something blue.

A minicomic about a place one will call home, featuring Bumblebee and Nyx.
Sparkpulse is my own Transformers continuity with Bumblebee as the main character, who is on the mission to save what remains of his people and undercover secrets that, perhaps, a better left alone.

Personality: Hot blooded ranch hand. Speaks with actions more than words. Could rig up your truck for the apocalypse. Excommunicated from church, reconnecting to his native roots.

Backstory: An elderly average hard working American with native relatives. Married his high school sweetheart only to fall out of love a couple years after their child came out as a trans woman. He never cared for the church and how they othered him, often hovering around his wife Laylee. Their feud over the kids led to a pretty messy divorce, dragging Garrett into depression, leading to a huge rift between him and the kids. Weakened by poor mental health, he was easy to manipulate into becoming a prisoner for Dr. Fayde's experiments.

Drew a piece of my skeevy old man Crimson Jackal! They really need to put a pinstripe suit in the game. And a cool admiral jacket. Just the admiral outfit from One Piece in general.
