While I work on a couple bigger illustrations for sonknux event in October, I figured I might as well post a little speedpaint I did for the sake of serotonin. Lava Reef Zone act 2 is one of my all-time favorite stages and I just love to think Knuckles has many little hide-outs around the island with his favorite being in these gorgeous crystal caverns. So why not take Sonic there for a little break?

I think this is still old, I believe i was still using SAI at the time. Made for Cutetober 2021.
This was an adopt that an ex-friend gave to me, i believe the artist's name is delusionplant! i adore the design, and they also belong to the same story that the robot okapi gal is in.
hopefully i may draw them together someday
