"People's Empire of Woman") was Terran Empress' country in *Roll II Rule*, a syncretic mashup of Holy Roman electorate, democratic socialism, and militant feminism, with a dash of Romanian Vampire Masquerade in a nod to Ailedhoo's fantasy-France. Encompassing most of the territory of the HRE, at game's start it was the strongest player state in terms of both latent power and standing army, inspiring a [running gag](https://i.postimg.cc/prk3YxZS/volksroll.jpg) in chat sessions around the "[Volksroll](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SW-EanyHJF8)". This was counterbalanced, however, by a bureaucracy so sprawling that the country had three dedicated capitals (Berlin, Munich, and Cologne, representing the three main ideological pillars).
